So what is this breathwork stuff anyways? Does breathwork just mean I take a deep inhale and hold it and exhale? No, no, no, no, no, no. That’s a great start. If you’re doing that, make sure you do it through your nose and fill up from the bottom to the top and empty from the top to bottom.
That’s very fundamental. Everyone should practice that, but breath work does not stop their breath. Work is a set of practices that you can utilize to induce a certain effect in your body and your mind. There is a breath work for rejuvenation, bringing in new energy.
There is a breath work for cleansing what doesn’t serve you the toxins in your body? There is a breath work for awareness. There is a breath work for clarity concentration.

There are many breath work techniques to naturally reduce your stress and anxiety, and we owe it to ourselves to learn these techniques because once you learn these techniques, you get a certain control over your inner world. You can control your moods. You can enhance the ability of your body to defend itself naturally. That’s why breath work is.
